Okay, so it's technically not Valentine's Day anymore, but whatever. I'm still awake, so it still counts as the same day! I hope everyone's Valentine's Day was good. Mine was. We basically stayed home and watched movies all day. Sappy, love movies. Lol. Okay, so they weren't so bad. We started off with Ghostown. Good movie, funny British humor. Recommend it if you liked those movies like Shawn Of The Dead and Run Fat Boy Run. It kept me and my wife laughing. Next we watched was Nights In Rodanthe. Pretty good movie. A bit sad and depressing at times, but overall a good movie. After that we watched The Way We Were. Older movie that Erin wanted to watch, but it wasn't too bad. I was a bit scared going into that one. After that one, we topped it off with Meet Joe Black. I had never seen that movie and Erin said it was a must see. I liked it. Good movie. Very good role by Brad Pitt.
After that I downloaded the Resident Evil 5 demo and Erin actually played with me. It was bit tough to get used to the controls, cause it's been a long while since I've played a RE game, but it was fun. She was freaking out the entiring time, but I'm glad she at least tried it out with me. Can't wait till it comes out. I also played the Mirror's Edge demo and wasn't too impressed with it. I mean, the game itself looks great, but the whole concept just didn't really grasp me.
Oh yeah, the pizza was great. I got the meat lover's one, with pepperoni, sausage, ham and of course, BACON. It was really good. We decided to go with Papa John's since we've been having trouble with the customer service with our local Pizza Hut. It got here about twenty minutes late, a total of about an hour and ten minutes. Whatever, it was still a good one.
All in all, it was a good day, just spending it with my best friend. We even got some rain today, and some thunder. Great weather to just be inside and do nothing. Hope today doesn't go by too fast. I really just want to enjoy the weekend. Of course, tomorrow we have a tournament match on SOCOM. Hope that goes well. I guess we will see, since I didn't play today. Hope I'm not too rusty tomorrow. Sometimes, I go through slumps, which I have been this past week. Not good.

RE Demo, man I dl'd the Bad Company Demo and I was not impressed by that one... I did play the Mirror's Edge demo and that made me sick beyond sick... I even left a Penny Arcade comic posted in the Catch All section of the forums about it! But I saw the official trailer of God of War III buddy... Dude all I can say is frickin' awesome!!!
Oh yeah meaty pizza is the best! Although I went with local joints when I lived in AZ. We had Papa John's but I always seem to have "issues" with them... Now that I'm back home I get to go to Round Table and Straw Hat Pizza again! Woo Hoo!
LOL, don't worry I have a feeling that this week is gonna kinda be a wash... Don't know why just have a bad feeling about the game mode... Dude you took a couple of days off and you had a wicked game bro, so maybe you need to feen for the 'COM... ;)
RE5 Demo was good man. I know you don't like those games, and it wasn't too creepy, cause it was all day time. Buy sometimes they do freak you out, cause they come from all directions.
Man, I just had the last of my pizza this morning. Still super good. Man, everyone that's been to Chicago has told me that I have yet to experience deep dish pizza. I might have to go one day, just to do that. :)
Well, either way, I think part of me has just been taking it too seriously, and wanting to win, win, win! I need to let that go and just play. I think maybe that's why I've been struggling, cause I've been taking it too serious lately.

Deep dish is eh... It's not a great as everyone says it is... I've had some at Uno's and it's just a big doughy mess! I'm personally a thin crispy crust type, man now I'm getting hungry!!!
I know the feeling! We have fun and all that during the week but when it's time we want to get the game face on and WIN!!! But yeah I've figured it this way, if I don't have fun what's the point? So I've just been trying to enjoy myself!

Yeah, I think it's because I feel if I don't do good, I'm letting my teammates down. But you're 100% right. If you're not having fun, what's the point. Gotta make that my motto for SOCOM!

Yeah man you more than held your own last night in the match! You talk about let down I don't have the patience to snipe in the game but I do it cuz the team needs it... But I think Roy might be a sniper cuz he was clipping folks last night... It was pretty darn amazing to watch! Like I've always said I'm the idiot you send in first to get a gauge of how many dudes are in the breach... lol! :)
Mmmm.... pizza. Cole and I had chili dogs and camped out over Lake Travis. With... marshmallows... oh yeah!
